Polaris turns over and wont start?

my polaris turns over and wont start, i went riding for 40 minutes in 90 degree weather and i went through a few puddles none of which went higher then the foot rest. why wont it start? it turns over hits about 230 rpm(says so on the guage). its a 2005 magnum 4x4 330 cc.
I would advise that you check service items, like the air filter, fuel filter and plugs. Old school bikers will remember the metal sheathed spark plug caps that when wet shorted out and would not run.

If it is spinning over on the starte, then you have not seized so after checking the above, closely look at the plug leads and caps. Do the caps clip down on to the plugs securely, is the lead into the cap tight and secure. If all ok, put plug into cap hold with insulated pliers / thick cloth and turn engine over holding plug close to engine - do you see fat spark. Yes ? check your fuel lines, No ? investigate ignition system further.

In all honesty it is most likely some of the crappy water that is stopping your fun
