I'm looking for a car, I would like a convertible but with four seats. Could someone please list some makes and models of four seat convertibles? Preferably not really new ones just because they are not affordable.

The Pontiac Sunfire and Chevy Cavalier and VW Cabrio are the cheapest. The only ones under $5000..
The Pontiac G6 and VW Eos are next cheapest at $15,000-20,000 used. They are power hardtop convertibles so there are no leaking problems.

There are lots of 4 seat convertibles around. Just keep in mind that many of them have really snug rear seats as the 2 sides of the car around the rear seats usually house the folding top frame and mechanisms. This really cuts into seating area in the rear.
I have a VW Cabrio. They stopped making them in 2003 so they are used. I have a 2000. I LOVE IT.. but I do have to say it is a girl car. I bought mine in 04 so it was 4 years old for 12500..
